Based in Adelaide, Apogee Imaging International has been a world class provider of global commercial airborne and satellite data since 1995. The revolutionary IFSAR technology allows the creation of highly accurate elevation data for large areas more quickly and more efficiently than any other technology. In April 2008, the IFSAR system acquired data over the Adelaide Hills and the Fleurieu Peninsula, Roxby Downs and regional areas and part of NSW. Examples of this data at various levels of accuracy and applications will be presented with an overview of the technology and its applicability in Australia for nation wide DEM collection.
